Hey there friends! I hope you are all having a nice week so far. I wanted to pop in today to share a quick summer home tour with you guys. Since it’s one of my favorite seasons, I always enjoy decorating our home for summer. I like to keep things bright and fresh with faux greenery, white florals and of course, lot and lots of lemons! Let’s start off in the front room.
Most of you know how badly I struggle with styling the entry table since I seem to mention it every season haha. I actually came up with this rather quickly and I love how cheerful it feels.
I found this lemon pillow cover on Amazon last year (similar) and it looks so cute tossed in this basket.
I set up a simple tray on the coffee table and then styled the top of the armoire with some daisies, greenery and faux lemons.
I put the lime tree that I got last year on a little table next to the stairs and I love how happy he looks there.
In the kitchen I set up a tray on the island and then put this adorable sign (similar) in front of it.
On the far back wall I had fun dressing up the console table with a basket of lemons, my flower market bucket and a couple of lanterns.
And finally let’s swing over to the living room.
Let’s ignore the fact that we still haven’t painted the ceiling stain from the upstairs toilet leak that happened months ago. We’ll get to it eventually I promise haha!
I added a few simple touches here and there to brighten it up for summer and switched out the family photos to some of my favorite summer memories.
